At Scented Creations Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


  1. 1. Your Right to Cancel
    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases. 
    To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us in writing by email before returning any items.

 

  1. 2. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any cosmetic, skincare, bath, body care, or personal care products once they have been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:
    Bath bombs and bath products
    Body scrubs and body lotions
    Lip balms and cosmetic products
    Tanning products
    Skincare products
    Any other cosmetic or personal care items
    This does not affect your statutory rights if the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  3. 3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

  4. 4. Return Conditions
    Where returns are accepted, items must:
    Be unused and in their original condition.
    Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
    Include any accessories, instructions, or promotional items supplied with the order.
    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

  5. 5. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items to Scented Creations Ltd. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
    We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  6. 6. Refunds
    Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
    Refunds may be reduced if the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
