Where is your shop located?

Our shop is located at the bottom of the high street in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Click Here to see on Google Maps.

What are your opening times?

We are open 6 days a week (Including some Bank holidays) We are also open occasional Sundays (Which we announce through social media) Please click the following link below to our OPENING TIMES PAGE.

How are your online orders delivered?

We have several different methods for online orders. Standard delivery is either Evri or Yodel (Royal Mail for Northern Ireland) And express delivery is Fedex. The Free delivery option will be dispatched with Evri or Yodel. On some occasions we will deliver orders ourselves if they are local to the Skipton shop. Please always try to leave a “SAFE PLACE” in the order comments at checkout, This ensures your order is delivered at the 1st attempt and not taken pack to the depot where it is more likely to be lost.

Are your products Vegan friendly?

The vast majority of our products are Vegan friendly (Including our fragrance oils) The only exceptions are our Bath bombs which contain Milk Powder. (All products contain a full list of ingredients)

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with any of our products, Then we are happy to discuss this with you through our online form. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any opened cosmetics E.G. whipped soap for hygiene reasons. Electrical products can only be returned with a valid receipt or email and with the box and all cables and within 7 days of purchase.

Do you have parking available?

There are several public car parks in Skipton including the bus station car park which is less than a minute walk from our shop.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for in store pick up at the moment. You can however get free delivery if you spend over £30.00.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, We sell gift cards both in store & online and are available in any amount. Online gift cards can not be redeemed in store however and have to be used online.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship orders to any country. Base rates will be visible online for your country, However, it is always best to contact us prior to ordering so we can give you a more accurate shipping rate based on the weight & size of your order. “Contact Us”

Can I track my online order?

Yes, You will receive a tracking code via Email or SMS. This code can then be typed in at “PARCEL2GO” which will show you all your tracking details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most types of payment online including - Credit & Debit Card, PAYPAL & CLEARPAY. In-Store we accept - Credit & Debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Wallet. American Express IS NOT accepted In-store or Online.

Is it safe to use my debit card online?

Yes, our website uses SSL encryption to ensure your payment information & Passwords are secure.

Do you offer a loyalty program?

Yes, we offer a loyalty program In-store where you can get £5.00 off after your 5th purchase (Terms apply). We don’t currently offer one for Online but we are looking at doing this in the future.

How can i provide feedback about my shopping experience?

You can share your experience on any of our social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, Alternatively, You can review us on Google or on the link provided 2 weeks after an Online purchase.


Do you sell replacement dishes for my electric burner?

Yes, We have small & large glass dishes on our online store - Most electric burners use the small dish, but don’t hesitate to contact us and check first.
